Recent strategies in nanodelivery systems for natural products: a review

چکیده

Abstract Natural products are major molecules for drug discovery due to their structural diversity and interaction with various biological targets, yet clinical application is limited by poor water solubility or low lipophilicity, inappropriate molecular size, dissolution rate permeation, instability, high metabolic rapid clearance. These issues can be solved nanomedicine, improving bioavailability therapeutic efficacy. Here we review nanocarriers made of polymer lipid constituents. Specifically, describe the technological characteristics each nanosystem, examples single natural constituents plant extracts, possible routes administration. We report in vitro vivo studies conclude potential advantages nanodelivery systems terms increased stability solubility, improved biodistribution efficacy, reduced adverse effects toxicity.
